SeaCoast Homes built our home. They did an amazing job. We just finished our one year walk thru and really had a hard time coming up with anything to give them to repair or replace. Their customer service is great. I highly recommend them to anyone that would ask.

SeaCoast built our new home on Oak Island in 2018-19. After a brief delay due to Hurricane Florence, the pilings were driven in mid-October. We moved in mid-March. Five months from start to move-in is outstanding based on other builders I've noted around the island. And the quality was outstanding. The tradesmen were top-notch. Special shout-out to the tile guy. Beautiful work. And throughout the process, Todd and his staff were attentive and responsive. Whatever we requested, he made it happen, always with a smiling face. We've lived in our "forever house" for over two years now, and we have nothing but the best things to say about SeaCoast.
